General Job Statement:

This is a seasonal full-time position during the spring and fall. Candidates will assist with the installation of field tiling and drainage pipes. Flexible schedule as production requires.  Some weekend work necessary.

Starting pay at $15/hour and up, based on experience.

Working Knowledge:

Must have mechanical skills and the ability to move and operate complex farm machinery, such as tractors, trackhoes and backhoes, the ability to use a shovel, as well as understand basic measurements on farms for trenches and leveling ground.

Physical Requirements:

Must also be able to work through changing weather conditions, lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for 8+ hours a day.
