GENERAL JOB STATEMENT: The Service Manager is responsible
for overseeing the finishing and wean to finish swine production units that are employee and contracted grower staffed. The individual will ensure that employee and grower daily practices comply with
company policies and relate to profitable swine production. Service Managers
oversee the health status of the wean-to-finish and finishing facilities, and
establish and maintain wean to finish and finishing production targets and
Working Hours: Day shift, Monday - Friday
Wages: Salary, Based on experience

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year
College or technical school education in swine production; or two years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
